B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Experience:

1 to 5 years in teaching

Job Description:

  • Conduct training sessions that will facilitate Accounts, Finance, communication skills, confidence building and personality development skills
  • Deliver the content of the structured program in an effective manner according to the lesson plans provided
  • Keep a track of progress of the learners and submit timely information to the management when requested from time to time
  • Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers & Daily Practice Worksheets
  • Students assessment data analysis for every month
  • Performing any other duties as and when assigned by your Program Manager / Functional Head
2 English Communication Trainer 2 - 3 Years

Job Description:

English and Communications is one of the essential parts of the training programs and play a vital role in the development of the fellows.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate to work with rural youth, contributing to their growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Training fellows on English and Communications
  • Providing individual feedback and mentorship to fellows
  • Assessing growth of fellows individually

Requirements:

  • Commendable hold on language (English) and communication ability
  • Ability to train fellows through experiential learning methods
  • Deep commitment towards training and upgrading self
  • Posses entrepreneurial abilities and innovative way in education service delivery
  • Good interpersonal skills & basic Computing skills
  • Any graduation
3 Assistant Coordinator 1 - 5 Years

Job Position:

Assistant Coordinator (Assistant for Academic Head)

Education:

Any degree / Post graduation

Experience:

1 to 5 years

Job Description:

  • Coordinating between Academic head and all programs in DET
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think quickly and pro-actively
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases on daily base
  • Ability to answer the quires and solve the issue
  • Responsible for mail writing and minutes of meeting writing
  • Good at in computer skills like excel, word, PPT presentation
  • Capable to analyze the data
  • Collecting academic related information’s from respective program managers
  • Scheduling academic related meetings and sessions as per manager advice
